Sunset Private Label
PACKAGE REDESIGN / FLEXO & 4 COLOR PRINT PROCESS / REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
As the private label package designer, I managed the Sunset private label brand with over 1,000 individual items. From 2024 to 2026 I led the redesign of Sunset product packaging.
• Collaborated with vendors, project managers, buyers, marketing teams, and print suppliers
• Prepared production-ready artwork and mechanical files for flexible packaging, corrugated boxes, labels, cartons, and shrink sleeves
• Ensured FDA/USDA, nutrition labeling, barcode, and regulatory compliance

Ocean Supreme Private Label
PACKAGE REDESIGN / 4 COLOR PROCESS / REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Tasked with creating Restaurant Depot’s new premium seafood brand, Ocean Supreme, I transformed the visual foundation of the existing Captains Catch packaging into a more sophisticated and upscale packaging system. The redesign focused on enhancing shelf appeal, communicating superior product quality, and establishing a distinct brand identity for the company’s highest-tier seafood offerings.

EMAIL MARKETING
Monthly & Bi-Weekly Email Campaigns
BI-WEEKLY & MONTHLY FLYERS / 8-24 PAGE DIGITAL PUBLICATION / EMAIL DESIGN
Produced regular email marketing campaigns for Jetro Cash & Carry / Restaurant Depot, ranging from bi-weekly specials to monthly promotions. Campaigns were distributed to thousands of food service buyers and restaurant operators across the western region, with additional support provided for mid-west and eastern region campaigns. Each email was paired with a corresponding multi-page printed flyer distributed to all stores within the respective regions, requiring simultaneous production of both digital and print-ready layouts with consistent pricing, promotional hierarchy, and brand standards.

Monthly Vendor Campaigns
PERIODIC CAMPAIGNS HIGHLIGHTING VENDOR PRODUCTS & SPECIALS
In addition to the store-wide specials, I designed and produced periodic email marketing campaigns developed specifically on behalf of vendor partners whose products were carried at Restaurant Depot. These campaigns featured large national brand names and were crafted to drive product awareness and sales among the store’s food service customer base. Each campaign was tailored to the vendor’s promotional objectives and brand standards, delivering targeted messaging through the same regional distribution network that reached thousands of buyers across the western, mid-west, and eastern regions.
